Custom tracking domain

By default, tracking links use an Integr8-hosted domain. You can replace this with your own subdomain (for example track.yourdomain.com) to improve publisher trust and avoid blocklists tied to shared infrastructure. Integr8 provisions SSL for the subdomain automatically once DNS is verified.

Before you begin

  • Have access to the DNS settings for the parent domain.
  • Pick the subdomain you want to use, for example track.yourdomain.com or go.yourdomain.com.

Add a custom tracking domain

  1. Go to Offers > Integration Settings.
  2. Open the Domain Setup tab.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Enter your subdomain, for example track.yourdomain.com.
  5. Integr8 generates two CNAME records: one for routing, one for SSL.
  6. Add both CNAME records to your DNS provider.
  7. Click Check DNS & Continue after each record is added.

DNS propagation typically takes 5 to 30 minutes. SSL is provisioned automatically once the CNAME is verified. Use CNAME records only; do not add A records for this subdomain.

Manage multiple domains

You can add several custom domains and designate one as the default. The default domain is used automatically when generating tracking links unless you select a different one.

Deleting an active domain breaks every tracking link that uses it. Deactivate first, then update affected links before deleting.
