Data Privacy Features
Integr8 provides specific controls for reducing personal data exposure in reports and logs. Enable the settings appropriate for your compliance requirements.
IP address obfuscation
When enabled, Integr8 masks the last octet of every IP address stored in reports and event logs. For example, 93.184.216.34 becomes 93.184.216.x.
Geo-targeting and fraud detection continue to function normally — obfuscation applies only to the stored and displayed value, not to the real-time processing pipeline.
To enable IP obfuscation:
- Go to Organization > Settings.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Toggle Partial IP obfuscation to on.
- Click Save.
Email address hashing
Email addresses submitted via conversion postbacks or S2S integrations are hashed with SHA-256 before storage. The raw email is never written to disk.
This setting is on by default and cannot be disabled. If you need raw email access for a specific integration, contact support@integr8.co.
Data retention
You can configure how long Integr8 retains raw click and conversion logs.
| Retention period | Available on |
|---|---|
| 3 months | All plans |
| 6 months | Business and above |
| 12 months (default) | Business and above |
| 24 months | Enterprise |
To change your retention period, contact support@integr8.co.
Aggregated report data (totals, summaries) is retained indefinitely regardless of your raw log retention setting.
Consent mode
If you use a consent management platform (CMP), you can pass a consent=0 parameter in tracking links to suppress logging for users who have not consented to tracking. Clicks with consent=0 are counted but not enriched with PII fields.
