How to Reach Support
Integr8 offers several support channels depending on your plan and the urgency of your issue.

Email support
Send your request to support@integr8.co. Include:
- Your account name or organization ID
- A description of the issue with steps to reproduce
- Any relevant offer IDs, publisher IDs, or transaction IDs
- Screenshots or error messages if applicable
Slack community
Request an invite to the Integr8 Slack community for direct communication with the support team and other Integr8 users.
Onboarding and Enterprise clients receive a dedicated private Slack channel with direct access to the support team.
AI assistant
The in-app AI assistant is available 24/7 and trained on the Integr8 knowledge base. Use it for quick configuration questions, troubleshooting steps, and feature explanations. For issues that require account access, the assistant escalates to the support team automatically.
Escalation
If your issue is urgent and not resolved through the above channels, reply to any open support email with “URGENT” in the subject line to flag it for priority handling.
